Nick Paterno FCA – Managing Partner
Nick is Managing Partner at McBrides overseeing the management, marketing and strategy of the firm, in addition to looking after a portfolio of clients. Nick has extensive experience in advising owner-managed businesses, ranging from sole traders and partnerships to LLPs and limited companies. He specialises in guiding Solicitor’s practices through the minefield of the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules as well as day to day issues facing law firms such as partnership admissions and retirements, financing and appropriate structures.
One of the loves of Nick’s life resides at the Emirates Stadium in North London, where he is often found with his son cheering on the fabulous (his words!) Arsenal Football team to victory!
