We ensure that the widest possible range of relevant purchasers is considered by accessing our extensive research database and network of contacts.  An information memorandum is prepared at the same time as we conduct our research into potential purchasers.  The latter are approached with an outline of the merits of the business to assess likely interest. With McBrides taking the lead in negotiations, the desired outcome can be achieved and the vendor is not tactically disadvantaged by more experienced corporate acquirers. In this way we smooth the path for the lawyers acting on both sides to reach a timely completion.
